Aimed at solve the problems that the traditional teaching methods which include the lack of understanding of the technology, skills are not solid and do not pay attention to the cultivation of interestin secondary vocational school, this article try to use the“theory of network video courseware” to video design in the course of PE class of secondary vocational schools, transfer from the language designed for teaching to language designed by video. By using this method, can be improve the sports skills and the health conditionphysical quality, and finally achieve the purpose of improving the teaching effect. This idea is an innovative attempt of this teaching technology.Dependingon the“theory of network video courseware”,this articleis aimto design and research of physical education curriculum in secondary vocational school.By summarizing the skills of opening suspense, local suspense, unexpected suspense, expected suspense andunexpected suspense which are fit the students in secondary vocational school, this article concludes the basic process of setting up the dramatic conflictwhich contains set the scene- create conflict- conflict between peak- conflict reversed- end of conflict in the design of teaching courseware. Taking positive hands digging technique in volleyball item as an example, this article designed the video courseware teaching case that is suitable for the secondary vocational school PE class and finished the teaching videos, and received good results when using into teaching practice.
