This paper is based on the construction of education informationization reform of new curriculum of vocational schoolsof Ministry of education, in order to achieve the effective integration of information technology resources and Chinese course.It uses the methods of literature research and case study with the application of network technology in video courseware in the teaching design.Now the vocational school students are full of imagination and concern about movies and television culture, but they’re not so interested in learning.It bases on Constructivism epistemology, information education and the reception aesthetics theory.Also it researches the effective ways of network video resources development in Chinese teaching of vocational schools to stimulate students’ interest in learning, optimize the structure of the curriculum, improve students’ language application ability, and promote the construction of information.This article is divided into four parts, which mainly discusses the research and application of network video courseware in the teaching design of Chinese information in vocational schools. It mainly discusses the background and significance of the topic, the research status in and abroad, as well as the research content and structure in the first part. It puts forward the concept and significance of the network film and television courseware on the basis of the study of the theory of network courseware in the second part. In the third part it mainly explores the teaching design techniques of the network film and television courseware. For the last part, it designs a teaching case, and complete the Courseware Script design.
