The network film and television program is based on the theory of film and video, and a new model of the traditional course teaching design breakthrough and innovation. This paper analyzes the four dimensions of psychological, student behavior, curriculum characteristics and teaching situation in the traditional secondary vocational school,the theoretical innovation of the Internet film and television courseware teaching in based on the theory of the unicom is presented,and try to use the theory of film and television courseware on the basis of different course content of the original knowledge points of the two film design, to construct all kinds of film and television teaching new model, so as to improve the teaching effect.In this paper, based on the theory of the study of the theory of Unicom, this paper tries to apply and Research on the teaching of the legal basis course in vocational school. There are three innovations in theory: first,proposed a theory of online video courseware unicom thinking; second,produced new requirements of teachers’ information literacy and ability in the teaching of network video courseware;third, forming a new way of describing the world directly to the phenomenon.In the application of innovation: first,starting from the suspense of several important points, summarized the five kinds of suspense and contacts with the technique of expression and psychological effects and refines the five montage techniques, namely narration montage, stack montage, repeating montage, analogy montage, flashback montage, through in different Video courseware narrative way cross use, in order to achieve a suspense, natural transition, touch psychological bottom line, subversive imagination, the ability to continually divergent enlightenment of logical thinking;second, according to the theory of video courseware Unicom thinking, using a variety of techniques including television, conflict, suspense, temporal transitions, montage technique, complete the knowledge of basic law course in the secondary vocational school shooting tasks, and its application to practical teaching;third, shooting in the courseware design and Practice On the basis of the summary of the application of the law course in the secondary vocational school, the teaching design of the film and television teaching design standards and the legal course of the template sample,through the development and integration of different courses, as well as the active construction of different courses of video courseware teaching new model.This paper attempts to apply Unicom learning theory in the traditional teaching on the basis of design, the development of film and television courseware which is suitable for the legal basis of the secondary vocational school, and applied in practical teaching, and try to build a new model of film and television teaching. In order to promote the relationship between students and teachers, and pay attention to equality of communication, giving teachers more selectivity and participation, and to improve the teaching effect in order to achieve the goal of educating people.Finally, it provides a valuable reference for the construction of curriculum resources.
