In 2016,the core qualities of Chinese students' development were put forward.They raised the three aspects of cultural foundation,independent development and social participation.The cultural foundation is manifested in humanistic heritage and scientific spirit;self-development is manifested in learning to learn and live a healthy life;social participation is manifested as responsibility and practical innovation;the above six literacy are detailed and detailed into 18 basic points.Among them,the upper literacy of practical innovation literacy is social participation,and the lower literacy is problem solving,labor awareness,and technical application.However,the front-line teachers do not know how to test whether students have practical innovative qualities,nor do they know from what aspects to cultivate students' practical and innovative qualities.The "Study on the Construction of Nuclear Quality Standards for High-school Students in Practicing Innovative Accomplishments" provides the standard and practical basis for first-line teachers and education administrators to improve students' practical and innovative capabilities.This thesis consists of four parts.The first part elaborates the research purpose and significance of research,defines the research problems and research methods.The second part combs relevant concepts,theoretical foundations and relevant research at home and abroad on practical innovation literacy;Some of them are preliminary indicators of practical innovation literacy on the basis of consulting literature and discussion.The fourth part is to modify and improve the appropriateness of the indicators of practical innovation literacy through questionnaires,and complete the review of practical innovation literacy.The research methods used in this paper include: literature analysis,interviews,questionnaires and standard constructio n methods.We have identified the problem solving,labor awareness,and technical applications that have been identified in the “China's Students' Development Core Literacy” as three secondary indicators of practical innovation literacy.Through a comparative analysis of various national index systems,interviews were also conducted with graduate students,high school teachers,and education administrators.Document analysis and interview results were integrated to identify third-,fourth-,and fifth-level indicators,and indicators at all levels.The appropriateness of the questionnaire survey,data analysis of the appropriateness of the survey results,consult the relevant literature for index modification.Finally,12 tertiary indicators,such as questions raised,and problem-based decision-making proactive investigations,were identified,and 29 four-level indicators such as question knowledge,problem-finding ability,problem decision-making ability,and initiative awareness,as well as knowledge reserve s,knowledge extraction,problem awareness,and activity enthusiasm were identified.69 other five-level indicators and five levels of excellent,good,qualified,and unqualified descriptions were used.The reliability and validity of the inspection standards were analyzed through spss17.0 software,and practical innovations were completed.Construction of nuclear standards.
