With the strengthening of global convergence and the rapid development of We Chat as a representative of the new media technology, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is faced with both opportunities and challenges, which leads to the ideological and political education work has received the unprecedented impact. College counselors as the backbone of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, It’s also the leader and guide of the healthy growth of college students. Their discourse as the ideological and political education to implement the mediation, is a necessary means to ideological and political education activity. Therefore, the effective transformation of the ideological and political education discourse will make ideological and political education in colleges and universities to better adapt to the era of development in order to improve the effectiveness of the education.This article’s theme of the literature research revolves “The research of the discourse of College Counselors’ existing problem and the paths of the discourse conversion based on We Chat platform", which uses case studies and research methods of theory with practice. This article is divided into four chapters, the article first describe the concept of the ideological and political education discourse and the discourse of College Counselors, summary the main types of College Counselors’ discourse and then analyze the importance of College Counselors’ discourse; Secondly introduce the concept of We Chat and analyzing the opportunities and challenges brought by the transformation of the ideological and political education of College Counselors based on We Chat platform; Thirdly, through questionnaire survey and the interview method to carry out empirical investigation of We Chat platform influence on College Students’ way of thinking and way of life and impact on Ideological and political education work of Counselors. Fourthly, concluding the existing problem, and then separately from the educators, the educated, educational mediator and environmental factors to analyze the reasons; The last on account of the characteristics of We Chat to proposed principles of the discourse transformation, separately from the discourse transform idea, perfect knowledge structure, closer to the real life, innovative forms of discourse and master the language skills to systematically explain counselors’ discourse transformation of ideological and political education based on We Chat platform.
