Segmenting Critical Factors And Analyzing Their Impacts On Competitiveness Of Foreign Student Education Service

With a long history of education, the education of teaching foreign students is a kind of cultural behavior and political behavior change into economic behavior,making the education become the important part of national economy. As national economies become more interconnected and participation in education expands,tertiary education emerges as a means to broaden students’ horizons and help them to better understand the world’s languages, cultures and business methods. Tertiary education is becoming more international through a number of means, for example distance education, international education-related internships and training experiences, crossborder delivery of academic programmes and offshore satellite campuses. Among the phenomena related to the internationalization of tertiary education, enrolling in a study programme abroad is receiving considerable attention from students and policy-makers. By providing an opportunity to expand knowledge of other societies and languages, studying abroad is an important cultural and personal experience for students as well as a way to improve their employability in the globalised sectors of the labour market. it’s a key factor about how to improve the international competitiveness of education service and identify the key influence factors.In this paper, the perspective of the research is on the factors that influence the competitiveness of the tertiary education service trade, and the whole thesis will be divided into six sections. The first part describes the background and significance of the article, then review both domestic and abroad relative documents. Then introduce the main content and research methods of the article. Last introduce the tertiary education service trade-related concepts and theories. The second part,Introducing the concepts and features of the tertiary education service trade, then about the theoretical analysis based on the basic theory of tertiary education service trade, providing theoretical support for subsequent analysis. The third part analyzingthe current status of our country’s tertiary education service trade, pointing out that the problems include the structural imbalance in the development of tertiary education service trade; tertiary education areas are too concentrated; core tertiary education service products trade are deficit; lack of tertiary education service professionals and the content of tertiary education service products quality is low.And analyzing the competitiveness of foreign student education service The fourth part, empirical analysis based on Fuzzy-DEMATEL. Introducing the factors affecting the development of tertiary education service trade from production factors,demand element, government factor, related and supporting industries, then using Fuzzy-DEMATEL method to identify the key factors which influence tertiary education service trade. The results show that Student-staff ratio, The teacher’s salary, international student tuition fees, university reputation, gross enrollment rate,the share of the education investment of GDP, Gross Domestic Product are the key factors. The fifth part, using structural equation model to analyze the specific impact on tertiary education service trade. And modeling the competitiveness of the tertiary education service trade based on PLS-SEM, the paper using the Smart PLS3.0 to do the regression analysis in order to work out the competitiveness of the tertiary education service trade. Then find out how the factors influenced the competitiveness:the most important factor is the ones that central role is more than zero. The sixth part is the summary of the whole thesis, then make policy recommendations to promote the development of China’s tertiary education service trade according to the research results, finally introduce the future research directions about tertiary education service trade.
