From the beginning of 1980 s, the whole world has begun to focus on the subject of teacher professional development, and the research on the topic of teacher professional development has become the trend of education research in the world. Teachers of primary school language teachers as in our basic education is very important for a class of basic courses and their professional growth is they constantly enrich their professional knowledge, and continuously improve their professional ability of a continuous process.The professional development of primary school Chinese teachers has a very important role in our country’s new curriculum reform and accelerate the pace of professional development of teachers in China. Therefore, how to better promote the primary school language teachers to achieve their professional growth, in order to accelerate the implementation of the new curriculum reform needs, for the present, is still a very serious problem.In the research of this thesis, the author adopts the research method of moral leading character, which is the narrative research method of qualitative research method.Determines the object of study is l primary school in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, a religion that has 15 years, professional growth process has certain representative very good primary school teachers of Chinese language teacher L, through the interviews to the school where the teacher l I and l teacher colleagues, leadership and students; and further to l teachers daily teaching life, into real classroom teacher L, to observe the daily work of the teacher L; l teacher teaching journals and their daily teaching behavior on reflection to collect the first hand data analysis. And according to their own research purposes and ideas to restore the teacher’s daily educational activities and educational events as far as possible to L. From a micro perspective will l teacher professional growth of exposure in the dynamic process of development to analyze the L teachers in their professional growth in the process of important events, and strive to explore the impact factor of L teacher professional growth, trying to from the individual professional growth story to explore with universality of teacher’s professional development rule. Then it can provide some reference and reference for other teachers to achieve professional development.This paper can be divided into four parts. Part I: introduction. This part mainly on primary school Chinese teachers for the purpose and significance of the study on the professional growth lies to make interpretations and also to present about primary school Chinese teachers’ professional growth research of the existing carding, analysis, the necessity of establish placement and for the study of this research construct rational research framework, and clear the definition of the study about primary school language teachers, teacher’s professional development, narrative research on the three concepts of. The second part: using the method of depth description to study the professional growth story of the research object. In the content of this part, the author makes an in-depth and comprehensive study of the professional growth of the research object through the two aspects of the study of the author’s story and the research of others.The third part: the study of the professional growth stage and the influencing factors of the objective analysis and rational discussion, trying to clear the impact of the research object to experience the growth stage and the influence of internal and external factors in the development of the study. In the fourth part, it tries to explore the professional growth of the research object, and tries to find the common law in the professional growth, which can provide reference for other teachers’ professional development.
