Contraction with the world increasingly close as the official language of English in China is also widely promoted, "English fever" in various stages of education are very outstanding performance, and more and more students choose to study abroad. Faced with the reality, the teaching of English New Curriculum also put forward many new demands to teaching English students. We should focus on practical applications and practical ability. Language involves teaching English teaching "listening, speaking,reading and writing." and the "listening, speaking, reading" three can be said is the most important English teaching. Teaching phonetics directly affects the quality of English teaching. Target s phonetics teaching should be to cultivate "good communication, pure voice," the new era of students can apply their knowledge, the courage to practice.There are many nationalities in china, so learning English are inevitably affected by the regional dialects. Sichuan and Chongqing in Sichuan dialect as the main areas of research of the relationship between the regional dialects of English speech learning,and to make recommendations for the region is the main voice of teaching content of this article. From the first chapter to analyze the current trends of English learning,analysis of foreign research status of Sichuan and Chongqing and English language teaching for teaching history and domestic voice, and set four reasons on this basis.The second chapter, by teaching English pronunciation theoretical analysis, we understand the various theoretical enlightenment of primary school teaching English pronunciation,and the characteristics and principles of primary school teaching English pronunciation.The third chapter mainly describes the teachers and students of a representative survey questionnaire and interview data, in order to identify areas in Sichuan and Chongqing primary English teaching problems voice from data analysis. The fourth chapter presents the survey questions from the students themselves and the teaching environment. We focuse on the impact of dialect, identify and analyze cause primary English pronunciation teaching problem. The fifth chapter is based on previous research status and problems and try to find solutions to problems, and to propose appropriate countermeasures.
