Chinese culture has a long history.5000 years of history has bred countless cultural essence,which carries the crystallization of the wisdom of countless ancestors.As the cultural wealth left by our ancestors to future generations,folk songs should be carried forward and inherited.Based on the theories of pedagogy and art,this paper restores the inheritance and development of folk songs to basic education,aiming to help students in the stage of primary school compulsory education enhance national self-confidence and enhance artistic cultivation,vigorously develop Sichuan and Chongqing folk songs,and extract and inherit the treasures left by their ancestors.Firstly,this study summarizes the situation of folk songs in Sichuan and Chongqing,and expounds its origin,types and characteristics.Secondly,it studies the current situation of the integration of folk songs into primary school music teaching in Sichuan and Chongqing.At the same time,it selects the school-based curriculum of Sichuan and Chongqing folk songs in Daping primary school in Chongqing to analyze.It is found that there are still some deficiencies in the cognition of personnel at all levels of Chongqing Daping primary school on folk song teaching,the development of school-based curriculum is imperfect,and the concept of teaching cognition needs to be changed.Finally,it makes an in-depth analysis of the problems raised,puts forward specific solutions and suggestions for the practice of integrating folk songs into primary school music education in Sichuan and Chongqing,and thinks and analyzes for teaching practice.Through the actual teaching,questionnaire survey and personal interview in the school,I found that the Sichuan Chongqing folk song course is of positive significance for students to learn Sichuan Chongqing folk song culture,traditional music and Sichuan Chongqing customs.The introduction of Sichuan Chongqing folk songs into primary school students' classroom not only increases their music and cultural knowledge,but also enriches their after-school life.This study improves the characteristic school-based curriculum of Sichuan and Chongqing folk songs integrated into primary school music education,and constructs the cultural education system of Sichuan and Chongqing folk songs in primary school music classroom.
