Can be described as in the construction of teaching materials is the curriculum reform and implementation of a most important link, because it is not only the education of the concept of external presentation, practice of education is indispensable, is to transfer knowledge between teachers and students in music a direct media, it is a important criterion to test the educational system is perfect.The construction of music teaching material in our country has experienced a difficult process of exploration. 2001 fall, a new round of curriculum reform of basic education, China began to implement "a class textbook" textbook writing, model validation, music textbook version thus become more abundant and rich local characteristics, the construction of the music teaching materials is a new step, all have been written the emergence and application of the music textbook of primary school by some after approval of the music teaching materials, especially the people’s Education Press published(hereinafter referred to as the people’s Education Press) elementary school music teaching material and the people’s Music Publishing House published(hereinafter referred to as the audio version) the two different versions of the music teaching material, for the development of music education is plays a positive role in boosting. The author of the PEP and audio version of the two versions of the primary school music teaching in the content and characteristics of the paper as a starting point, using the material analysis method, comparative method, graphic analysis method, the overall structure, content, and other aspects of the detailed comparison and analysis of two kinds of materials, and with the primary and secondary school music textbooks and China’s Taiwan region of the music teaching materials were analyzed, pointed out that China’s current mainstream music teaching in music concept, content structure and other aspects of the problems, then the author puts forward the personal opinions of textbooks from the three aspects of music idea, content structure and the nature of the course, hope for the construction of the music teaching materials in China with their own meager strength.
