Teachers’ professional development of rural primary schools plays an important role to improve the quality of education in rural primary schools, rural basic education and the whole rural education.And the key is the dynamic of rural primary school teachers’ professional development. However, the dynamic issues of teachers‘professional development in rural primary schools, which make teachers lack enthusiasm for their work, do not pay attention to their own professional development,constrain the quality of education. So the study of rural primary school teachers’ professional development of power problems has a certain theoretical and practical significance.This study used the method of literature and investigation. Firstly, access to relevant literature, reference previous research results. Secondly, built on the theory of Lewin’s field dynamic, select partially rural primary school teachers of Kaifeng areas as the sample.And do the questionnaires and in-depth interviews to them.Survey results show that the overall motivation level of rural primary school teachers’ professional development is low. Rural primary school teachers’ professional development depends on their own. Rural primary school teachers’ professional development are greatly influenced by external impacts. Differences between different categories school teachers’ professional development motivation.Differences between different teaching experience of teachers’ professional development motivation.The following are the main problems: First, the internal dynamic of rural primary school teachers’ professional development is inadequate;second, the schools’ incentives for rural primary school teachers’ professional development is not enough; third, the social promotion for rural primary school teachers’ professional development is deficient. The reasons for these problems are in the follow: rural primary school teachers lack the awareness of professional development; their workload is too heavy but the salary is low; the school management is unreasonable; teaching resources are deficient; teacher mobility isunreasonable; the job training is unreasonable.The dynamic is the key factor to improve rural primary schools teachers ’Professional development level and promote the new curriculum reform.Above all, improve the quality of primary education in rural areas. So this study presented from multiple perspectives to enhance the power of rural primary school teachers’ professional development strategies: Firstly, teachers intensify the concept of teachers’ professional development; secondly, schools improve management; thirdly,the government increase funds to rural primary schools; Fourthly, promote the teacher mobility; and finally, improve the job training.
