Teaching toys is an important educational support in kindergarten picture books teaching, and is an important tool of preschool teachers in picture books teaching and children learning, it can inspire children’s interest and improve children’s imagination, creativity, and develop consciousness of innovation. It can change abstract knowledge into a specific object, and it is an effective mean of promoting early childhood education. In picture books teaching, make good use of teaching toys can carry out picture books teaching effectively, and then promote betterdevelopment of children. But in the actual research, the picture book teaching toy study mainly in eastern China developed or relatively developed areas, in western region research are very few, and used in the practice of education can not be optimistic.This study adopts literature method and observation method combined with that of Nanchong City jurisdiction over three districts and 3 public kindergarten in picture book instruction teaching present situation of the application of toys were studied.Nanchong City jurisdiction(Shunqing District, Jialing District, Gaoping District) district public kindergarten picture book teaching activities, picture book teaching activities in kindergarten education overall accounts for small proportion and picture books with narrower field, in picture books teaching activities is mainly teacher’s explanation, children’s activities less time, a new study suggests. Used in the picture book teaching teaching toys mainly kindergarten with, homemade teacher, parents teach fewer toys; ignore slide or Flash animation class to teach toys and other types of combined toy used to teach; used in picture book instruction teaching toys also exist single material, the toys use rate is low. Investigate its reason mainly has the following several aspects. A: kindergarten, including no scientific and rational use of picture books, picture book teaching goal is too single; the second is that teachers, including teachers of the picture book teaching guidance level is not high, the picture book teaching knowledge is not enough; three is: children is mainly influenced by the consciousness of "good boy".For toy use status of Nanchong City in picture book instruction of kindergarten teaching, the author puts forward the following suggestions: kindergarten to preschool teachers’ scientific guidance to apply picture books; flexibility in the formulation of picture books teaching target of preschool teachers; strengthen the training of preschool teachers’ scientific use of picture books; kindergarten teachers to carry out on the picture of the use of the exchange of experience; strengthen on the source of the picture of their cooperation. Preschool teachers in picture books teaching rational use of a variety of sources, different kinds of material, such as toys and teaching. In the picture book teaching to strengthen slide or Flash animation and other types of combined toy used to teach; improve teaching toys to use rate; ensure children have plenty of time and to guide the children’s picture books teaching level. Children’s parents should establish the concept of home and family education, actively cooperate with the work of the kindergarten; to cultivate children’s independent consciousness, cultivate children’s ability.
