Picture books is a new and unique type of children's literature. Children often read picture books, help to improve the ability of language expression, cultivate the noble aesthetic consciousness, develop a good character, comprehensively expanding knowledge etc. However, in the actual kindergarten picture book teaching activities, kindergarten teachers not only as the leading teaching, has also become the main body of teaching, neglect of children's learning psychology, ignore the value of education which found that children and respect children. In this paper, ten kindergartens in Shijiazhuang city were randomly selected as samples. The methods of questionnaire, interview and classroom observation were adopted. Through research on the current situation of the kindergarten picture book teaching, Present situation, find the problems, analyze the reasons, and try to put forward practical solutions.In this paper, through the questionnaire survey, interviews and classroom record, research status of kindergarten picture book teaching in Shijiazhuang. From the picture book teaching preparation and carry out two dimensions presents the present situation of Shijiazhuang kindergarten picture book teaching, the present status of knowledge on picture book mainly studies children's teachers, selection and design of the present situation of teaching plan, as well as the present situation which is import link, the teaching link, the end of the language extension link in senior kindergarten Picture book teaching activities. On the basis of research found that the current in Shijiazhuang City Kindergarten taipans picture book teaching activities there is a lack of understanding of picture books teaching preschool teachers, the picture book teaching preparation hasty, inefficient teaching behavior, end of rush and lack of extension activities.Based on the current situation of kindergarten picture book teaching activities in Shijiazhuang, this paper attempts to put forward some improvement of kindergarten picture book teaching suggestions. First of all, teachers should strengthen their own learning and improve their own quality. Secondly kindergarten can carry out teaching and research activities, to promote teacher professional growth. At the same time, teachers should improve the ability of designing picture books teaching activities by setting the appropriate objective, reasonable steps, designing appropriate steps and so on. From the point of view of the level of the introduction, the question and the response, the teaching behavior of the teachers is promoted. At last, according to the type of picture books and the content of the selection of the extended form, the preparation of the activities needed to extend the material, to ensure that the time required to extend the activities,to improve the way of home reading picture books, optimize the material environment of children's independent reading and other ways to enrich the extension activities of picture books teaching.
