This paper use "system", "balance", "whole" of ecological education as theoretical basis.In view of the existence of problematical behavior in junior high school biology class and the present situation of the inefficient class of the migrant workers’ children school. Taking two migrant workers’ children schools in urban area of Guiyang City,Guizhou Province for case study.The thesis is based on the positioning principle of mainly to students, in order to explore the basic niche and the actual niche of students from two dimensions of theory and field survey.In the theoretical dimension, analyzing students’ fundamental niche from three aspects :learning environment, learning resources and 3D teaching objectives.In the field survey dimension, determining the behavior and performance in class of the students’ actual niche through the Analysis and judgment of questionnaires, interviews, classroom observation records and data statistics.And analyzing the imbalance factors of students’ niche of biology classroom in the migrant workers’ children school systematically and targeted through the case study, including factors of people(students, teachers and management) and the environment(class structure and class environment).In addition, this study proposed by practicing the teaching design,and highlight the positive “edge effect” of the students’ niche by making humanized teaching design through trying to start from the transition of students’ classroom behavior.In order to put forward :creating the development of learning environment, the development and utilization of curriculum resources, how to use the teaching method of "objective-level-guidance" etc.Proposing the construction scheme of students’ niche, i.e.the classroom can harvest the effective teaching and learning from three aspects: learning environment of students, learning resources and teaching objectives under the interaction influence of the energy flow of students, teachers,between students and teachers.
