| Elderly immigrants are far away from home for taking care of the third generation in the big cities. As a special group, which is the product of the fast development of the present society of our country, they break with the social support system in the original,not only affect the physical and mental health and happiness of life, but also influence the harmony of family and society. Elderly immigrants need to adapt to live in another place,such ability won’t produce the negative feelings such as loneliness, mental distress. For elderly immigrants, different interpersonal environment does not adapt, and worry about children, to build the most need of peer support network is relatively difficult to solve the problem, is conducive to accelerate the subsequent elderly immigrants long-distance adapt to various environment.This project depends on the Beijing Chaoyang district Lide firm community construction project of social work practice, through the preliminary survey of the six service object interviews and needs assessment, in hierarchy of needs and group dynamics theory, under the guidance of the project design, identified by social as a starting point, to help elderly immigrants comfort lonely, seeking spiritual comfort, reconstruction of social network in order to more quickly into the project goal to live in another place. Be given priority to with team work method, case method is complementary, and according to the R community six elderly immigrants service object demand of present, "The intimate friend to meet" "Doubt game" "The older use We Chat " "Let’s go to Olympic Forest Park" "family party" and "the intimate friends to accompanied by", and through the process of evaluation, evaluation and UCLA loneliness scale to evaluate the results of the method,the evaluation of the service object, to help its quickly set up new social circle, as soon as possible into the community, and live in another place service has achieved some positive results. |
