New curriculum reform requires teachers to set up the new education idea and advocates teachers communicating with other educators in order to strengthen mutual learning and mutual discussion between teachers, enhance the cohesion of teacher group and promote teachers culture from isolation to cooperation. Teachers cooperative culture is a kind of ideal teachers culture, it is important for the promotion of teachers’ professional quality and education quality. Our country is an agricultural country, rural education is the key of our country’s education. The quality of rural education also influences the overall development of national education, and the whole quality of rural teachers is the determinant of rural education quality. At present, rural education’s overall level is low in our country, and rural teachers’ quality should be improved badly. Therefore, the formation of teachers cooperative culture is crucial to the development of rural education.On the basis of the existing related literature review, first of all, this article conducts a theory overview of teachers cooperative culture. Explaining the connotation of teacher’s cooperative culture, pointing out the theoretical basis of teachers cooperative culture, and demonstrates the rural teachers collaborative culture from the theory perspective,then analyzing the manifestation of teachers cooperative culture;The second part analyses the value of rural teachers cooperative culture, such as: promoting the new curriculum reform in rural area, helping rural teachers dealing with complex work, enhancing the cohesion of teacher group, constructing harmonious campus culture and promoting the rural education quality;In the third part, the author goes deep into a rural primary school, surveying the rural primary school teachers cooperative culture from the inner performance and teachers’ behavior, describing teachers’ cooperative attitude and teachers’ role positioning, and presenting teachers’ cooperative behavior. According to the situation, pointing out the effect.The fourth part is aimed at the current situation of the case, inspecting the rural primary school teachers cooperative culture rationally. Then, analyzing the existing problems of rural primary school teachers cooperative culture, and discussing the problems from three aspects, that is, society level, school level and teachers’ individual level.The fifth part, based on the present situation of rural primary school teachers cooperative culture and the analysis of it’s problems and reasons, the author puts forward counter-measures as follows: deepening positive cooperation concept, and structuring the shared vision of cooperation; building the coordinate interdependence between teachers, and clearing personal responsibility; creating a better campus environment, and building the cultural atmosphere of cooperation; optimizing cooperation methods, and setting up diversified teacher cooperation platforms; emphasizing reflective practice, creating teacher professional community; building the dynamic mechanism, and perfecting the teachers’ evaluation system.
