Family education and school education are jointed with each other.Home-school cooperation builds a bridge between the family and school,making the two sides contact and support each other to promote the comprehensive development of children and form a joint force in education.Teachers are the leading force in building home-school partnership,which directly affects the development and effectiveness of home-school cooperation.Understanding teachers' participation in home-school cooperation is helpful for schools to improve home-school cooperation and form a good home-school cooperative relationship.This paper takes L primary school of Jiazhou as an example to carry out the research.The survey found that there were many problems in home-school cooperation,such as the low willingness of parents to participate in the cooperation,the inadequate role of teachers in home-school cooperation,the failure of school administrative system to give necessary support to home-school cooperation,and the failure of summing up and refining the outstanding home-school cooperation experience.In view of this,on the basis of the predecessors' existing research,combining of L primary school characteristics and its own working practice,using the method of literature method,interview method,questionnaire method,according to the present situation of parent-school cooperative consciousness in the countryside elementary school and the present situation of the frequency and degree of participation,the author has investigated the teachers of L primary school,put forward the problems in the cooperation between schools and teachers and found out the main factors affecting the participation of rural primary school teachers in home-school cooperation.Finally,in view of the shortage of teachers' participation in the home-school cooperation of L primary school in Jiaozhou,combined with the actual situation,this paper puts forward some practical measures and suggestions,such as sound home-school cooperation rules and regulations formulated by the school,parents' learning resources and platforms provided by teachers,and strengthening the training of teachers.
