School-enterprise cooperation is a cooperative school-running model developed by high vocational colleges and enterprises.In essence,it is a way of cultivating talents oriented by market demand.Through sharing resources between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,analyze and establish a multi-participatory education and teaching talent training system,and train professional and technical personnel for social development and enterprise employment.This article studies the "School-Enterprise Cooperation" major of Kunming Metallurgical College.It is found that the traditional education mode gives priority to the teaching of theoretical knowledge,and does not pay enough attention to the cultivation of practical skills.There is a problem of adaptation differences between the work ability of school graduates and the needs of corporate talents.The paper adopts the literature research method,case analysis method,and The three methods of interview method analyze the contradiction between the supply and demand of talent training at this stage.Firstly,collect domestic and foreign literature and writing materials,study the types of existing school-enterprise cooperation models abroad,and conduct visits and surveys of companies in the cooperation cases;secondly,analyze the factors that affect school-enterprise cooperation and the difficulties that cause current school-enterprise cooperation in the primary development stage.Reasons such as insufficient understanding of national policies by schools and enterprises,insufficient close integration between the two parties,imperfect construction of the teaching staff,gaps between the curriculum structure and market demand,and imperfect existing management systems;finally,it is necessary to improve the pilot project of Kunming Metallurgical College Professional construction,on the basis of theoretical research,establish a comprehensive and intuitive understanding of school-enterprise cooperation,highlight the necessity and feasibility of the modern apprenticeship model of school-enterprise cooperation,from school-enterprise relations,professional positioning,construction goals,curriculum structure,Teacher training,professional evaluation and quality assurance,etc.put forward their own suggestions,learn from the social school experience of domestic and foreign vocational colleges,use schoolenterprise cooperation methods,and identify the characteristics and positioning of the school to help the school cultivate talents that meet the needs of the company.Graduates are employed,which reduces the unemployment rate of graduates and achieves a win-win goal for schools and enterprises.
