| Modern apprenticeship has become an important issue in current vocational education reform.Modern apprenticeship is a new skill talent training mode which combines traditional apprenticeship training with modern vocational school education on the basis of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises to cultivate high-quality technical and technical talents,promote the high-quality development of vocational education,and improve the ability of vocational education to serve regional economic innovation-driven development.Under the guidance of the national modern apprenticeship pilot program,Guangxi launched the first batch of modern apprenticeship pilot programs in 2018.After years of exploration and development,the first group of secondary vocational schools in Guangxi has achieved certain achievements.Timely examination of the problems existing in the construction of modern apprenticeship training mode is an important breakthrough to solve the current talent training dilemma of secondary vocational schools,improve the quality of skilled personnel training,and serve the modernization construction of socialist Guangxi with Chinese characteristics.This study is mainly carried out from the following six parts:The first part is the introduction,which is the basic part of the research.It mainly includes the research background,related literature review,purpose,significance and methods.The second part is concept definition and theoretical basis,mainly defined the core concepts involved in this study,and sorted out the relevant theories,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the next research.The third part analyzes the value implication and practical logic of the modern apprenticeship talent training mode,and finds that the value implication of the modern apprenticeship talent training mode lies in giving full play to the advantageous resources of schools and enterprises and cultivating highly skilled talents.Improve the employment rate,ensure the balance between supply and demand of talents;Promote the transfer of students’ knowledge and skills to achieve sustainable career development;Promote collaborative education of two mentors and cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship.In the practice of exploring the talent training mode of modern apprenticeship,we should adhere to the "knowledge of technology,morality and ability" and cultivate the essence,promote the lifelong education of apprentices,adhere to the practice concept of "combining work with work",serve the development of modern industry,build a "cooperative community" of education,and integrate the practice logic of heterogeneous resources of schools and enterprises.The fourth part analyzes the general situation of the pilot major of modern apprenticeship in A secondary vocational school in Guangxi,and on this basis investigates the students and teachers of the pilot major of modern apprenticeship in A secondary vocational school from seven dimensions: demographic characteristics,recruitment methods,training objectives,course content,teaching methods,teacher construction and training system.Sum up the achievements of its modern apprenticeship talent training model.The fifth part is the continuation of the fourth part.On the basis of the seven dimensions of the current situation investigation,it deeply analyzes the problems existing in the talent training mode of modern apprenticeship in A secondary vocational school,and makes an attribution analysis based on the theory of new institutionalism and stakeholder theory to solve the existing problems.It finds that there are four main reasons for the problems: First,the construction of the regulation system of apprentice talent training is not perfect;Second,the construction of normative teaching assessment system is not perfect;Third,the university and enterprise "dual subject" education culture cognition is not coordinated;Fourth,there is a phenomenon of "absence" in the construction of enterprise training content.The sixth part is to analyze the existing problems and constraints and put forward the corresponding optimization development strategy,mainly from improving the apprentice training mode related system construction,strengthening the construction of "double-qualified" teachers and further optimizing the design of apprentice development path three aspects to optimize the training mode of modern apprenticeship in A secondary vocational school in Guangxi. |
