Internet, especially mobile Internet expedites the emergence of "the Flipped Classroom". Starting with the analysis of the essential factors of the flipped reading teaching, combined with the Enlightenment of the local flipped classroom model, the model is constructed, and the operation mechanism of the model is explained.Finally, the Strategies and methods of the Flipped Reading Teaching.
