Flipped classroom,containing pre-class viewing micro-video and class knowledge internalization,is a new educational philosophy to which the global education community has paid close attention in recent years.It converts the classroom protagonist,and establishes a new classroom concept,is conducive to the realization of differentiated teaching.Nevertheless,it is facing with some practical challenges,such as students do not watch pre-class micro-video and seriously study in class,educational philosophy is not advanced,lack of professional ability.This paper analyzes the current situation of the Flipped classroom application about Chinese reading teaching in high school,through questionnaires,interviews teacher and case studies.As a result,we discover the following problems: 1)Students,not deep understanding of the teaching mode,not serious independent learning,low quality pre-homework;2)Teachers,short Pre-class micro-video,not accurately heavy and difficult knowledge,limited class control ability,not compact time schedule,not timely reflection,low level micro-video adjustment technology.In view of above problems,this paper puts forward of four principles to implement flipped classroom.Firstly,the flipped classroom is not suitable for all language subjects to read the subject matter,relatively speaking,poetry and classical Chinese reading teaching,are more suitable for the implementation of the classroom mode.Secondly,the appropriate pre-class learning tasks and reasonable classroom time planning,is to improve the classroom teaching efficiency to enhance the protection.Thirdly,Micro-video focused on a clear learning objectives and teaching methods of learning,classroom learning activities focus on expanding the extension of knowledge and complement the sublimation of emotional values.Finally,Teachers should return the classroom to the students,pay attention to improving the level of knowledge of students at the same time,the development of the ability of students as the center of the classroom to practice to flip the classroom.The author tries to summarize the operation mode of "two parts and five steps" in the Chinese reading teaching based on teaching mode in Chongqing Jukui middle school.Two parts mean that micro-video is divided into scenarios creation and knowledge explaining.Five steps refer to watching micro-video,Mastering method and test preview,mutual review and teacher's comments,stressing difficulty,summing knowledge,mutual help and training,exploring new knowledge.
