Nowadays,the speed of social development is getting faster and faster.At the same time as the rapid development of science and technology,Internet technology is also showing the characteristics of rapid changes.The advent of the new media era has brought tremendous changes to people's production and life,and at the same time has become a major driving force for the modernization of Chinese teaching.With the aid of sufficient digital and networked resources,Chinese teaching and information technology are ingeniously integrated.Especially at the beginning of 2020,the measures taken to “suspend classes without stopping teaching and learning” due to the new coronavirus epidemic has promoted the rapid development of education in the information age,especially online teaching.Schools,teachers,and students have accumulated a lot of online teaching and learning experience,which provides strong support for the implementation of Flipped Classroom.The Flipped Classroom model advocates the concept of learning first and then teaching is consistent with the practice of requiring students to read the works by themselves in the reading of classics.The article combines the flipped classroom with the reading teaching of Chinese classics in junior high school,and conceives the design of flipped classroom teaching of reading Chinese classics in junior high school,hoping to provide corresponding theoretical support for the new development of reading teaching of Chinese classics in junior high school.The article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,including four parts:research background,research purpose and significance,literature review,and research methods.The second part is the current situation of junior high school Chinese classics reading teaching and the feasibility analysis of using Flipped Classroom.Firstly,based on the interviews with front-line teachers,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of junior middle school classics reading.Secondly,it uses SWOT analysis theory to analyze the situation of the application of Flipped Classroom in junior middle school classics reading teaching,and systematically expounds the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the implementation of Flipped Classroom teaching mode in junior middle school Chinese classics reading teaching,So as to demonstrate the feasibility of Flipped Classroom.The third part takes " Dawn Blossoms Plucked at Dusk " and " Rickshaw Boy " as an example,compares the flip classroom with the traditional classroom teaching mode,compares the similarities and differences between the two teaching modes,summarizes the suitable teaching mode from it.The fourth part is the design and examples of the Flipped Classroom model for reading classics of Chinese in junior high school.Firstly,on the basis of the predecessors,a model of "three lessons and six links" for the flipped classroom teaching of Chinese classics in junior high school was constructed,and the classic reading teaching class is divided into Guided Reading Class,Seminar Class,Appreciation Class.Each lesson type is divided into two parts: pre-class and in-class.Then take "Journey to the West" as an example to design a specific teaching plan.The fifth part is the part of application suggestions.First,it should be implemented rationally according to the actual situation.Second,we should take the characteristics of literary works as the design basis.Third,we should strengthen the guidance of reading methods.The last part is the conclusion.Although the article has made up for the insufficiency of the teaching design of the Flipped Classroom teaching of the reading of classics in junior middle school,it lacks practical tests.
