Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Local Services By Research Platform In Local Colleges And Universities

In order to serve the local economic and social development of local colleges and universities, how to cultivate high level talents for local economic and social development, through cooperation with local governments and enterprises to strengthen scientific research platform and improve their service capabilities and level,to better promote the implementation of innovation driven development strategy, is a local university is facing and must solve the problem. And whether to establish effective incentive mechanism to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in platform construction and service, to a certain extent, determine the ability and level of local colleges and universities.The located in Western Local Colleges and universities, Wuyi University as an example, through case study, questionnaire and depth interview, take general theory and concrete case phase permeability, statistical data and objective evaluation methods to do the research. Through questionnaire survey, combined with in-depth interviews with researchers, a series of questions about the material incentive and spiritual incentive for person in charge of scientific research platform, the key members, the general staff, the marketing personnel and the cause of the problem is analyzed.According to the analysis of the existing problems and the cause analysis,the content based incentive theory, which is based on the combination of material motivation and spiritual motivation, categories of scientific research platform for internal staff incentive mechanism to improve and put forward some suggestions.From the aspects of cash incentives, financial deregulation, the advantages of resources, flexible use of human resources and other aspects of material incentives,from the reform and assessment mechanism, to reduce teaching workload, to establish a mentor system, combined with the market operation of spiritual motivation, and actively seek to encourage scientific research platform service areas of sustainable development path.
