Teaching quality is the necessary guarantee to improve the quality of personnel training.Teachers' teaching enthusiasm is the internal factor that affects the quality of teaching.In addition to the influence of individual subjective initiative,teachers' love,investment and research on teaching work are closely related to the external incentive mechanism of colleges and universities.In recent years,although colleges and universities have established relevant teaching incentives and achieved certain results,they still cannot get rid of the management phenomenon of incentive failure.The internal development of the teaching incentive mechanism is unbalanced and lacks systematicity;the lack of pertinence of incentive measures an d the inability to meet the needs of different groups of teachers have had a negative impact on the incentive effect.Therefore,this paper focuses on how to integrate multiple incentives,systematically motivate teachers,and improve the effectiveness of incentives.At the same time,improve the teaching incentive mechanism,optimize the overall incentive performance,effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers,improve work efficiency,and ensure the quality of work.This study aims to make a systematic analysis of the construction of scientific and reasonable teaching incentive mechanism for college teachers under the guidance of system theory.Firstly,this study takes Q University as the research object.Under the guidance of relevant incentive theory,the incentive factor is taken as the entry point.The Q university teacher group is divided into four parts according to different career development stages,and the differences of teacher group needs are analyzed.Descriptive statistical methods are used to explore the incentive factors to promote the improvement of teachers' motivational efficiency in various occupational stages,and to construct the Q university teaching incentive model,which provides a realistic basis for improving the pertinence and motivation of Q university teachers' teaching incentives.Secondly,on the basis of in-depth study of the overall status of the teaching incentive mechanism of Q University,the paper analyzes in detail the shortcomings of the school's teaching incentive mechanism.Under the guidance of process-based incentive theory and system theory,this paper proposes a practical plan for the actual problems of Q University,in order to improve the incentive effect of Q University's incentive mechanism.According to theoretical research and empirical research: First,the teacher teaching incentive mechanism should be a complex with openness,adaptability and potential self-construction ability.It is under the control of organizational goals,through internal motivation and external behavioral induction,so that teachers can produce behaviors consistent with organizational goals in teaching activities,and then strengthen the behavior through the evaluation and feedback system of activity effects.Second,the various components of the teacher's teaching incentive mechanism promote mutual restraint,and the absence of either party will cause the incentive mechanism to malfunction.Third,through empirical research,it is confirmed that the teacher's motivational demand has universal characteristics.At the same time,it will change with the change of career stage,reflecting the special characteristics of teachers' needs.
