Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Teachers About "Turning Classroom" In Local Universities

Establishing an effective teachers' incentive mechanism is an issue that every university should consider.It is an important support for whether university teachers can achieve their educational functions.BoHai University as a local university,put forward a teaching model of "turning classroom" in 2014,which changed the philosophy of teaching in the past,but also brought some problems such as backwardness and incompatibility of the related system.The teachers' incentive mechanism is one of them.this study takes “how to improve teachers' motivation mechanism in ‘turning classroom'” as the core question,apply questionnaire methods,interview methods and observation methods,and randomly surveys 100 first-line teachers and 10 undergraduates in BoHai university to take a deep interviews in order to gain a better understanding of the current situation and existing problems of teacher incentive mechanism in current local colleges and universities and to put forward implementation measures.The main part of this article is divided into three parts:The first part is mainly about the definition of concept,including the meaning of turning classroom,the specific contents of local universities and personnel training goals,the effectiveness of turning classrooms,and the basic connotation,content,principle and function of teachers.The second part introduces and analyzes the status and main problems of the teacher incentive mechanism in the reform of the turning classrooms in local universities.The status is mainly analyzes from three aspects: the allowance system,the assessment system and the reward system.The existing problems are mainly from the teaching requirements,System and reward system.The third part puts forward the countermeasures for turning the motivation mechanism of university teachers in the classroom,and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of establishing the appraisal standard,the effective appraisal system.
