The Studies In Fair Perspective Of Enhancing The Funded Support And Educated Activities Of University

Ever since the closure of the 18 th Two Sessions of the Communist Part of China, the central government has been paying high attention to the construction of the fairness of education, which is considered to be the core of building a harmonious socialist society in an all-round way. In recent years, with the development of higher education mushroomed with vigor, the funding system of colleges and universities has become more integral, the institutions gradually maturing, the team growing and greatly deepened connotation. The funding for supporting students in poor financial conditions steadily push forward in an all-round way. At the same time, with the continuous development of higher education and deepening reform, the "school education" for these students has caused widespread concerns in the society, the survey found that students from underprivileged families are easily trapped in psychological problem, communication, and employment, this has posed great challenge for the integral development of college students.With the problems above, it indicates that there are still many students who find it hard to get out of the "structural" poverty, the development of their ability and morals get severely restricted, which shows that the current funding system in colleges and universities still needs great improvement.This article has four chapters. First of all, this article elaborates on the research background and it significance, introducing the ideas and methods for research, analyzing the related content of the status quo at home and abroad, clarifying the definition of the students of underprivileged families, education, fairness and funding. Secondly, there is an analysis of the sample survey, collecting 2960 samples from the 20 universities in Tianjin and analyzing the characteristics of the sample. Starting from the five aspects, namely the basics, the students’ situation evaluation work, the funding application and students’ psychological condition and the educational function, analysis of statistics of samples shows. Combined with the actual data, summing up the funding condition for education in colleges and universities, it affirmed both the effects and achievements in the process of education work, and actively explored the defects of this work inevitably. Last of all, from the point of fairness, the article talked about the present problems and the six countermeasures plan, it offered clear instruction for work ethic, the establishment of a long-term efficient mechanism, adhering to the people-oriented, strengthening education, deepening the education with credits, strengthening psychological poverty alleviation work. The education work and education fairness will be closely linked to promote the harmonious and orderly development of higher education.
