Education is the foundation. Building an innovative country depends on high-quality creative talents and training of qualified personnel needs of our creative power to a higher power shift from higher education, from the human resources power to the power of human resources forward. Numerous studies proved that co-founded by research universities and research institutes, industry, corporate joint training of the new mechanism is to improve the quality of talent cultivation indispensable way. Guangdong province of China as a great first economy, despite its advantages in terms of businesses, universities and research institutions, but there are also some disadvantages, especially the status of education and economic development of the province’s incompatible. This paper analyzes the status quo through in-depth research cooperation in Guangdong colleges problems and put forward practical measures and suggestions for research cooperation to enhance the quality of training personnel in Guangdong Colleges future, provide a new theoretical perspective for our colleges and universities elsewhere in depth research cooperation.In this paper, a comprehensive literature research, questionnaire, comparative analysis and other research methods.
