Research On The Evaluation And Selection Of Universities With Industry Characteristics Research Cooperation Mode

One of the most important tasks of the university with industry characteristics is to contribute to the development of the industry,comprehensively improve the quality and level of education,improve the conversion rate of scientific research achievements,and train excellent application-oriented talents for all sectors of the society.Through the cooperation of production,learning and research,we can realize the organic combination of talent training and economic development.In the cooperation of production,learning and research,the choice of mode is a problem worthy of consideration.Whether the mode selection is appropriate or not will directly affect the final results of the industry university research cooperation.In the process of the industry university research cooperation,the industry characteristic universities can directly achieve the cooperation goals of the industry characteristic universities by choosing the appropriate education mode according to their own characteristics and cooperation goals.If the mode selection is improper in the process of the industry university research cooperation,it will directly affect the efficiency of the industry university research cooperation and hinder the industry university research cooperation The realization of cooperation goals.Therefore,it is very important for colleges and universities with industry characteristics to choose a suitable mode of cooperative education of industry,University and research to cultivate application-oriented talents,transform scientific research achievements of research institutions and improve enterprise efficiency.This paper starts from the perspective of industry university research cooperation of industry characteristic universities,on the basis of analyzing the industry university research cooperation mode of industry characteristic universities,through collecting questionnaires,using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to select the cooperation mode,so as to select the best cooperation mode to cultivate talents needed by the country on the basis of realizing the win-win situation of the three parties.The specific research content is divided into the following aspects:(1)First of all,it analyzes and defines the industry university research cooperation education mode of industry characteristic universities.Due to the need for a more in-depth analysis of the selection of industry university research cooperative education mode of industry characteristic universities,and the need to define the meaning of industry characteristic universities and industry university research cooperative education mode,this paper first needs to conduct in-depth analysis and Research on its relevant theories.(2)Secondly,it constructs the process and index system for the decision-making of the mode selection of industry university research cooperative education.For this part,first of all,we need to understand the process and the index system of the selection of education mode,which are the necessary prerequisites for the selection of education mode.This paper is based on the clear principle,through the in-depth study of the existing literature,to determine the specific indicators.(3)Thirdly,this paper puts forward a decision-making analysis method for the selection of industry university research cooperation education mode.In view of the subjectivity and fuzziness of decision-making members in the selection of the mode of industry university research cooperative education,this paper proposes a method of selecting the mode of industry university research cooperative education based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.First of all,the decision-maker constructs a comparative judgment matrix for the evaluation of the index system;then,the decision-maker determines the weight through the analysis of the index;finally,with the help of the formula,the education mode is sorted and screened,so as to select the most suitable talent training mode for the industry university research cooperation.(4)Finally,an example is analyzed.Through the case study of the selection of the mode of production university research cooperation education in Northeast Petroleum University,the process of the selection of the mode of production university research cooperation education by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is explained,and the validity and rationality of the selection of the mode of production university research cooperation education proposed in this paper are verified.Thesis according to the selection of industry university research cooperation education mode in industry characteristic universities,a method of education mode selection based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is given.This method can deal with the complex decision-making problems with subjectivity and fuzziness.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can be used for reference in the selection of industry university research cooperation education mode in the future.
