Australian Technical and Further Education is one of the worlds three successful technical and vocational education and training system. It is good to improve the quality of vocational and technical education and solve the national vocational and technical education problem. It provides protection for Australia’s economic growth mode transformation. Australian TAFE is not just a purely vocational and technical institutions, it is also the crystallization of school culture. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the Australian TAFE experience and school culture. It could make some comments and suggestions of the development of vocational and technical education. These recommendations can improve the quality of personnel training of vocational and technical education. Meanwhile, this paper first explores the formation of the Australian TAFE history of school culture. This can provide a reference for future research in Australia TAFE school culture.Research methods are: Comparative Study, Historical Research, Literature Research and so on. The article first analyzes the historical development of the Australian TAFE school culture. Then, based on the structure of the school culture, the article is divided Australian TAFE school culture construction into: spirit culture construction, system culture construction, material culture construction. Australian TAFE spirit cultural construction will focus on: core values and overall image. School organization and school management system is the main building of the direction of the Australian TAFE system culture construction. The construction material culture is the school logo, school culture and school environment and cultural facilities as the main building orientation.This article analyzes the historical evolution of the Australian TAFE school culture construction, school spirit culture, school system culture and school material culture. This paper concluded that the TAFE school culture is an Australian TAFE positive and dynamic construction process. Now, after decades of building the school culture, the Australian TAFE has been built into the core of practical skills transfer, contains a student-centered concept of the student’s education, lifelong education, multiculturalism ideas and concepts of international comprehensive school culture. TAFE school culture enhanced the quality of personnel training. School culture made Australia TAFE teaching quality improved significantly.
