Australian Technical and Further Education is one of the worlds three successful technical and vocational education and training system. It is good to improve the quality of vocational and technical education and solve the national vocational and technical education problem. It provides protection for Australia’s economic growth mode transformation. Australian TAFE is not just a purely vocational and technical institutions, it is also the crystallization of school culture. This paper concluded that the TAFE school culture is an Australian TAFE positive and dynamic construction process. Now, after decades of building the school culture, the Australian TAFE has been built into the core of practical skills transfer, contains a student-centered concept of the student’s education, lifelong education, multiculturalism ideas and concepts of international comprehensive school culture. TAFE school culture enhanced the quality of personnel training. School culture made Australia TAFE teaching quality improved significantly.
