College Students’ Professional Ethical Education From The Perspective Of Psychological Contract

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, employers demand for talent continues to improve standards, not only require excellent professional skills, but also higher professional quality. As the main position of training of talents, colleges and universities in addition to professional knowledge education for college students, we should highly pay attention to their cultivation of professional ethics.Since the reform and opening up, Chinese society while making enormous achievement also appeared a lot of moral anomie phenomena. Academic fields such as plagiarism, engineering and technology fields such as cheat in work and cut down materials, sell seconds at best quality prices in the food and service areas are warning us of moral crisis. At present, China’s colleges and universities, the cultivation of students’ professional knowledge and skill has a relatively complete system, professional moral education for students but sporadic incomplete, not enough. Ethics education is directly related to career development of college students and employers to evaluate college graduates, therefore strengthen college students’ professional ethics education is urgent.Based on the above reasons, the author took interview, questionnaire of 163 different classes of employees which from 23 enterprises of Henan Province, 400 students of Henan Polytechnic University from different grades and professional were investigated. Through the staff occupational ethics present situation, enterprises employing demand, college students awareness of professional ethics, as well as the school moral education mode of occupation dimensions of research, I found that the status and role of universities in ethics education is indispensable. On the basis of this investigation, I draw on management psychology concepts and ideas presented in the perspective of psychological contract, the agreement was reached with the college students to ensure positive attitude on the basis of professional ethics education, to explore new ways to cultivate college students’ professional ethics.
