With the changes of the times, the continuous development of science and technology, the society is more and more high demand for talent, the lifelong learning requirements for talents, but we are lack of education in the cultivation of students' independent learning ability, but "the flipped classroom" can solve this problem. It is based on the basic idea of "learning before teaching". The Flipped classroom teaching mode is recently popular, this mode originated from foreign education, and teaching practice in foreign countries have been successful. Domestic educators and researchers also gradually realize that this kind of teaching mode in improving students' learning efficiency which reflects the advantages of this teaching mode is being gradually spread. Under the background of today's student-centered teaching mode accepted by teachers, flipped classroom teaching mode is an active form of learning, it is also in line with the student-centered teaching mode.In this article the author first investigate the current situation of students' autonomous learning ability, and think about the reasons for the formation of the status quo, then think about the use of flipped classroom teaching method to change. According to examples of domestic and foreign implementation of flipping the classroom, the author sums up some problems of flipping the classroom and make clear the problems in the future research through consulting a variety of literature. At the same time from the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability, characteristics of the information technology curriculum reform, the author analyses reasons for the application of flipped classroom teaching, and combined with his own teaching experience to try to use the flip classroom in the information technology classroom teaching mode, the course of it, the integration of design and teaching in class. Then, by showing the teaching cases of flipped classroom to verify the effectiveness of a series of designs that they used before. Besides, the author will verify some unique and creative practice by the usual teaching in the flipped classroom.Through a variety of data acquisition, data analysis, the results show that the usual flipped classroom teaching methods in various aspects of the information technology teaching has made some achievements. Finally, countermeasures of how to perfect the implementation of flipped classroom and expounds all kinds of flipping merit and all sorts of problems, a summary of all the problems, and reflects that there is no better method of how to implement the best effect of the flipped classroom.
