When human society entered into the information society, comunication and learning between people become more and more fast and efficient, micro era coming, "micro" concept is already not a fresh thing, such as micro film, micro fiction, micro blogging, letters and other bring convenient human social communication and dissemination of information, micro class became popular in the educational circles.Micro lesson in the field of education in our country has aroused people’s concern, to explore the design and application of micro teaching in specific disciplines has become a hot topic.The author states the research on the design and application of micro lesson in high school information technology courses at home and abroad, but the author found that there are not too many reseach findings. This paper starts from high school information technology teaching and discusses the applicability of micro class in high school through the questionnaire survey method and interview method to analyse the characteristics of high school information technology curriculum, the characteristics of students and the characteristicsof teachers. The article combines the preliminary results and the development of the high school information technology courses to discusse the design purpose, principles and processes of the micro course of information technology in senior high school. It tells us how to carry on the scene design in the micro lesson video and use the learning task list to carry on the task driving teaching to stimulate students interest in learning; and how to carry out the "in the lesson flipped classroom" in the class, and how to treat pupils as individuals and take care of the differences of students. Taking this as a starting point,the implementation of the teaching design of information technology course in high school based on the micro lesson is constructed and the teaching practice is carried out.The paper investegates and analyses the micro lesson of high school information technology skill class teaching effect through action research method, questionnaire survey method, observation method, interview method, and so on,.Studies have shown that based on micro course of high school information technology classroom teaching can fully take care of the student’s individual differences and greatly stimulate students’ interest in learning of high school information technology course.It is helpful to the students who forget the course of information technology knowledge easily and is helpful to students’ autonomous learning habit formation.
