Based On The Factors Of Geophysical Professional Personnel Training Mode Research In Practice

The development of economy promotes the development of talent. The college,enterprise and government attach great importance on the talent development pattern of college-enterprise cooperation. They focus on the influence on vocational education in the future.PGPC is a national key vocational school. As the backbone of the school and Hebei province, geophysical prospecting major has achieved many valuable experiences on the development of cooperation. However, there are still problems remained. For example,Classroom efficiency is low,the enthusiasm of the enterprise is not high,school enterprise cooperation system is not perfect and so on. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the solution and some measures to verify. In order to promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, it is necessary to guarantee the security of the system.PGPC should attach importance to the school enterprise cooperation, and make full use of the advantages of enterprise equipment and funds to promote the long-term development of the school.The frame of this paper: Chapter one, the introduction mainly introduce the background of the subject, theory and meaning of study, sources of the subject, study methods and definition of core concepts. Chapter two, talent cultivation pattern of college-enterprise cooperation and theory study, briefly analyzed the common features of the cooperation, both domestic and abroad.Chapter three, Practical analysis is carried out on the talent training mode of college-enterprise cooperation in PGPC. And some problems of the professional school enterprise cooperation are raised. Chapter four, put forward the solution to the existing problems and the practical research. Chapter five, suggested the construction of security system of school enterprise cooperation.There are two innovations in this paper, Put forward the idea of the work process of geophysical prospecting to optimize the course content, and secondly further studied the talent cultivation pattern of geophysical prospecting major in secondary vocational school.
