The Golf Talents Training Mode Of "School Enterprise Cooperation" In College And Universities In Beijing

Golf has always attracted a large number of fans and has huge market potential by its unique charm. In our country,the increase in golf related facilities and the effects expanding reflect that more and more people have focused on the golf.But what the present situation of the golf industry is as follows:On the one hand,the rapid development of golf industry has opened the door to the job marketOn the other hand, the workers from the circulation within the golf industry are from various academic levels and professional directions, most of them are not professional at all. The purpose that universities set up the related golf majors is to solve the current golf industry talent market chaos. But as a result of the related majors open late in China, the common cultivating mode of students in universities is not up to the golf professional requirements. Through analysis today’s golf talent pattern in universities,we found that along with our country golf industry upgrading, university-enterprise cooperation as a new school-running mode, is especially suitable for cultivation of golf professional students.Through the literature material law, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and case analysis,this article took Beijing Sports University and its university-enterprise cooperation with waniu golf club golf talents training mode as the breakthrough point to analyses. This article also studied the personnel training mode in the training target, course system, teaching system, and the specific content of teaching practice in detail.What’s more,this article also analyses the problem in combining with today’s society for golf professional talented person’s demand and direction of the problems existing in the personnel training mode.From the above,we concluded that we should combine with the demand of the market, good advantage of the school curriculum and teaching condition and business facilities and practices such as excellent resources, give full play to the advantages of university-enterprise cooperation in improving the direction of the golf training mode. In the development of golf related to guarantee teaching conditions, we should introduce the foreign advanced concepts, ensure that students take part in social activities, to create a dynamic golf training mode.
