Research On The Construction Of J Private College Teachers’ Vocational Training System

The main reason of problems is that the work of training is not enough emphasised;training effect evaluation feedback system is not sound; rewards and punishment are not made according to their training result, and the financial investment of training is lack of.Begin from teacher training needs analysis, formulation and implementation of teacher training demand plan and set up perfect Private colleges training system security, namely adhere to the "people-oriented" concept of training, strengthen organizational leadership, standardized training management system, and implement supporting policies to support and strengthen training funds guarantee.Analyz the effect and benefit after training system implementation. Through the questionnaire, the survey found J college in the new training system after a year, the training has achieved remarkable achievement. Since the implementation of the new training system,it gained great effect on helping various elements of teacher professional development, especially on promoting teachers’ teaching ability, autonomy and teacher professional development orientation of teachers.
