Research On The Psychological Compensation Mode Of Intelligent Home Care

Aging of population has become a global problem; Chinese aging of population is facing severe challenges too. The prosperity and progress of the social economy, as well as the change of the conception of the aged make the life quality of the aged to get more attention, which also put forward higher request to the design of the appliances of the aged. It starts from a single focus on the material life of the aged, and gradually to the needs of the elder’s spiritual life. In the design of the appliances of the aged, studying some psychology, physiological characteristics, life style, social and cultural factors related to the aged synthetically, exploring the industrial products in what ways to eliminate the obstacles of life of the aged is the aim of this study.The physiological decline of the aged and the decline in the sense of self-worth after retirement not only result in negative psychological characteristics, but also accelerate the decline in physical. If they have the right psychological compensation, the physiological decline can be delayed, their life can be prolonged, and thus a "virtuous circle" will set. So this design should be based on a good understanding of the old people’s physiological function, psychological needs, the life structure, family and the aged social life form. Selecting and determining the ideas of design should be according to the function, safety, health, privacy, entertainment and other views.Aiming at this problem, by means of the aged mental health and psychological needs questionnaire survey, the author finds out the differences between the aged physiological and safety needs, communication needs, need for approval, realization need and its formational cause, which were from personal characteristics, family characteristics and socioeconomic characteristics and so on influence factors. The article also finds out more possible new way of the intelligent home care mode for the mental compensation of the aged directly, and improves the life quality of the aged to the healthy development both in physical and mental.Old people with different life ways in retirement will lead to differences in the psychological needs and the level of mental health. This article draws a conclusion that home care mode is more suitable for the aged in China through the comparison of difference of an in-depth analysis, and gives a reasonable assumption, so we can through the intelligent home care products to get psychological generation compensation and make up for the weak points of home care.Finally, combining the development of intelligent product design at home and abroad and the special characteristics of home care needs, the article puts forward to the innovative prospects of the intelligent home care for the aged, and designs the suitable industrial products for the home care.
