Sexual mental health is an important part of the harmonious development of College Students’ physical and mental health, and its health and no influence on the quality of college students. Therefore, the author believes that the ideological and political education in colleges should take care of the healthy growth of college students, in particular, it should be concerned about the mental health problems of college students. This can also be a glimpse of the importance of the study of mental health of College students.In order to in-depth study of College Students’ psychological health problems, the author from issuing questionnaires, data processing, refer to the data of each link around students’ sexual attitudes, sexual psychology, sexual behavior, sexual morality and by health education etc. five aspects, analyzing the present situation of mental health of the students were concluded and summarized. Thus, the influential factors of mental health in university students is in many aspects, including the concept of open, sexual behavior cognition deviation, mental distortion, the morality of deletion and sexual health education lack of. Therefore, the author believes that the psychological health level of college students is determined by the result of the comprehensive function of the above factors.Combined with the related factors that affect the level of College Students’ mental health, this paper deeply analyzes the influence factors of the subjective and objective aspects of the college students’ psychological problems.
