The employment psychology of college students is an important mark of collegestudents’ mental healthy, is also the important content of mental health education in ourcolleges. With the continuous expansion of college students, in the number of collegestudents’ has risen sharply, but social employment did not increase with the amplitude, in theface of fierce competition in the job market, college students have many psychologicalproblems in the process of employment, cause social widespread attention. Therefore, how tocultivate college students’ positive employment psychology has become an important subjectof current college students’ ideological and political education and psychological healtheducation. This thesis mainly carries on the thorough discussion on the employmentpsychology of college students from four aspects:The introduction part, Mainly expounds the cause and significant of the research on theemployment psychology of college students’,research status in China and on abroad, themethod of the research, innovation point.The first chapter mainly expounds the overview of the college students’ employmentpsychology. On the base of college students’ employment psychology meaning, expounds theimportance of strengthening the cultivation of the employment psychology of college students,and the theory basis of cultivating college students’ employment psychology, that people-jobmatching theory, occupation anchor theory, Max youth employment outlook.The second chapter mainly expounds the performance and analysis of the employmentpsychology of college students. Through the form of questionnaire to analyze the positive andpoor performance of college students’ employment psychology, the performances of positiveare positive competition of the psychology, face the reality of the psychology, becomeself-employment of the psychology, bear the frustration of the psychology, the performancesof poor are blind conformity of the psychology, fear self-abased of the psychology, comparethe psychology of hardships, and then rely on psychology, on the base of the analysis of thecause of poor employment psychology, including the influence of social employmentenvironment of college students’ employment psychology, the influence of college personneltraining mode of college students’ employment psychology and the comprehensive quality ofcollege students’ is not strong influence on college students’ employment psychology. The three chapters, this paper expound the effect countermeasures to strengthen thecultivation of the employment psychology of college students. Including the government’sefforts to create a favorable environment for employment, alleviate the pressure of the collegestudents’ employment psychology; the reform of personnel training mode of college,strengthen the college students’ employment competitiveness, enhance the overall quality ofcollege students, completes the positive employment psychology adjustment.
