Biology course reflect the characteristics of the life and the natural phenomenon, its content is inseparable from the biological facts. In the biological teaching, the biological facts to conceptual description is presented to students learning. In biology classroom inside and outside, therefore, how to guide students to grasp and understand the biology concept is the teachers’ teaching and students’ an effective way to improve the learning efficiency.This paper explores the core concept of turn into classroom teaching mode, teaching design, teaching practice process and results of analysis. Using reverse classroom environment, the core concept penetration in turn the classroom teaching, make students in the class through video, course ware, the diversity of reading and practice autonomous learning. To help students build a biological knowledge framework, simplify the memory contents of students, improve students’ self-study ability, improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.This topic to Yan’an City Oasis Ganquan County high school high grade four classes of students as the research object, to the relevant knowledge of high school biology new curriculum standards compulsory 1 of photosynthesis as the teaching content.The teaching effect of the teaching strategy of the biological core concept in reverse class is studied.Experimental designs the control experiment, the two groups learning level 2 experimental class and two general classes were selected, the core concepts of biology of the inverted classroom teaching methods for each one in the experimental class and a regular class, the rest of the class of traditional core concept teaching.In the implementation of teaching, the class knowledge cognitive level detection, by comparison with different teaching methods, the contents of the after-school teaching master case detection.
