It is generally known that learning of junior middle school plays a key role in their learning life and mathematics is one of the most important subject. With the development of society, education is also developing rapidly. Some years ago, teachers played a key role in classroom. But now,the learning of students themselves is the heart of classroom. Classroom is the main battlefield of the new curriculum ideas, and teachers are the main fighting force. The student’s score is record. Therefore, it is very important to innovate efficiency of the classroom. Some problems seriously restrict the development of efficient classroom. In our middle school, most students come from countryside although the school is located in the county, and what’s worse,most of them are Left-behind children. Most parents and students don’t realize the importance of learning, leading to low interest to their study. So many students are tired of playing truant. So research on efficient classroom is of great significance under this situation.Based on three years of teaching practice, this paper discusses how to realize the "dining-table style" efficient mathematics classroom in junior middle school. Try to increase the effectiveness of the classroom by changing the traditional teaching methods and learning style of students. My paper is divided into five parts. In the first part, it states the importance of the research and the current situation of the research. In the second part, the paper states the basis of the "table" efficient classroom research, including the theoretical basis and the fundamental connotation of "dining table" efficient classroom. In the third part, according to the specific conditions of junior middle school mathematics teaching, I studied the implementation steps and teaching strategies of "table" efficient classroom. The fourth part, I analyzed the date of effective classroom teaching strategies. The fifth part, the innovation of this paper and research results are elaborated. After the implementation of the strategy in the teaching, I found that the strategy is feasible and effective through the experimental comparison between classes, I believe that these strategies will promote teaching effectiveness greatly through scientific design and flexible application.
