Classroom teaching is the main part to enhance the quality of personnel training,is the mainchannel to improve the quality of teaching, is also the basic path to carry out advancededucation concept and realize the teaching reform. However, in the face of reality, we mustfrankly admit that nowadays the problem of "inefficient" and "weak efficiency" or even"negative effect" of classroom teaching is still more serious, which directly affects the quality ofpersonnel training. In the era of taking the quality as the theme of higher education reform anddevelopment, how to construct the "efficient" class,improve the efficiency and effect ofclassroom teaching, naturally become the pursuit of every higher education workers."Efficientclass" is a modern teaching idea and strategy, efficient class research is not only an importanttheoretical problem,but also an important practical problems. This study starts from the practicalproblems of teaching,focuses on every detail of the education teaching, pays attention toimprove the teachers comprehensive quality and class teaching level,highlights the studentssubjective and initiative, reforms the class teaching practice, so as to achieve the doubleefficiency of classroom effectiveness and teaching quality and defend the strong position of theUniversity as a social thought source, information chain, human resource database.Based on the survey of college classroom teaching,I extensively collect the related researchdata, deeply analyz the main problems of modern classroom teaching, attempt to explorestrategies to improve the university classroom teaching situation, and preliminary form efficientclass practice patterns. This study is divided into six parts, as follows:The Introduction section discusses the origin of this study,explains the motivation andsignificance of the research topics,describes the status and trends of domestic and foreignresearch,and presents the scheduling of this study.The first section establishes the theoretical basis of efficient class, explains theenlightenment of the teaching process optimization theory and constructivist theory for effectiveclassroom building.The second part defines the basic concepts of efficient class of ordinary colleges anduniversities in China, reveals the meaning and characteristics of efficient class.The third part is the view of "inefficient" in the undergraduate college classroom teaching.Through the classroom observation, questionnaire and interview, this part analyzes theproblems and the reasons of classroom teaching.The fourth part is the comparative study of classroom teaching in China and United States.This part analyzes the overall situation and the typical pattern of classroom teaching in theUnited States, and the revelation to our country class teaching reform,and reveals the trend of the classroom teaching reform in China through the teacher project.The fifth section presents the constructing model of efficient class. By taking the systemconstruction as the key link,this study suggests that the efficient teaching of teachers is thepremise to realize efficient class teaching, efficient learning of the students is the key to achieveefficient class.
