Cooperative learning is one kind of teaching idea rise gradually from the 1970 s, cooperative learning is one of the most effective teaching strategies, proved by practice through many years. But the research on cooperative learning of biological sciences inland, confined to explore new the course content in teaching mostly, less involved in the application of group cooperative learning in the review of university entrance exam. How to improve the review efficiency of the senior three year students and their college entrance examination achievement, are the issues of common concern and focus of all grade three teachers. But the high school biology review in qiaojia county second middle school, the vast majority of teachers is still using the traditional math in the review, such as "teacher speak, students listen" mode, the effect of the review is not ideal. Therefore, we introduce the group cooperative learning philosophy and strategy to the process of the first round review on high school biology in this study, hope to creating an effective mode of the review within this practice research, and explore to a fastly and efficiently path of review on the high school biology for students. In order to inprove the effect of review of the students, to get better grades in the college entrance examination.In this paper, chapter one introduces the aims and objectives of the education, points out the existing problems and shortcomings in the process on the high school biology in the first round review in zhaotong city qiaojia county second middle school, put forward to the ideas that is introduce the group cooperative learning philosophy and strategy to the review on high school biology, and solve the problems that is not ideal at the effect of the review of students.Chapter two introduced the research situation and rwell-known scholars on the definition of cooperative learning, briefly describes the constructivism, select, development, cognitive refined, group dynamics, hierarchy of needs as an important basic theory related to the cooperative learning closely, and applicate the group cooperative learning to the review on the high school biology guide by the basic theory.Chapter three introduce the experiment method of this study and the choice of research object, and the situation of teem division according to the principle of heterogeneity in the group, homogeneity between groups.Chapter four stated the experiment process, since September 2015, the senior three year class 135 of qiaojia county second middle school was used the traditional mode to review, the 132 class adopts the model of cooperative learning group to review, when the first time practice with group cooperative learning in the first round review on the high school biology finished, then teachers interview with students, and found the problems in the first time practice. Aim at these problems, we have been improved the modus operandi, and go on a second practice.Chapter five we analyzed the test achievement and questionnaire survey of the experimental class and control class from pre-experiment and post-experiment. We found that before the experiment, two classes test grade difference was not significant(p > 0.05), after the experiment, the experimental class score is 7.1 points higher than control class, two class grade differ is significantly(p < 0.05), shows that the review of group cooperative learning is helps to improve the students’ results. Questionnaire survey reflect that group cooperative learning is increasing confidence of students to study biology.Chapter six according to the reaserch results, we summarized and got a conclusion that the review mode of group cooperative learning can training students to obtained ability of autonomous learning, inproved the students’ interest in learning, increased the students’ review efficiency, grades and psychological quality, and training the students’ cooperation consciousness, competition consciousness and team spirit, improve the students’ communication ability, expression ability and the ability of dealing with exam, and this research on the reflection.
