Human beings have entered twenty-first Century, with the rapid development of social changes, the social environment is becoming increasingly complex, the middle school students are facing pressure from the family, school, society and other aspects. Such as an increase in single parent families children, the child improper way of education, academic pressure, temptation of undesirable information network and so on. These are increasing the possibility of psychological problems of young people, It also shows that the current middle school students "psychological health education about the current middle school students should be emphasized and strengthened.The middle school students’ mental health education can’t only stay in the psychology of a single subject, new class changes made in the penetrating mental health education into other disciplines, promote the reform of education, "to students for this, moral education for the first" philosophy of education is one of the basic requirements.Students mental health education is the main channel in the school, most schools to this task to the ideological and moral lessons, and subject to examination oriented education, ideological and moral lessons are often not enough attention to mental health education. In this paper is based on the penetration status of mental health education in the ideological and moral course, in Nanchong City, the first secondary school as an example to do research, through to junior high ideological and moral penetration strategy research on the mental health education, the analysis of junior high school students mental health status and find infiltrate psychological health education methods in the course of ideological and moral education, help students to achieve curriculum standards of sensibility, attitude and value conception, training students on the things around rational point of view, to develop a positive and healthy psychological state.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction. Firstly, it introduces permeate the background and research significance of psychological health education in the ideological and moral. Secondly systematically to the domestic and foreign about the ideological and moral infiltration mental health education research literature review. At last, it introduces the ideas about the research, emphasis, difficulty and method.The second part begins with an overview of the ideological and moral education and mental health education related concepts, and then analyzes the relationshipbetween moral lessons in junior high school and students’ psychological health. Finally,in-depth analysis of the junior middle school thought moral qualities lesson infiltration of mental health education, the necessity and feasibility.In the third part, analysis of the junior high school students’ mental health problems and moral lessons in junior high school penetration status of mental health education and of Nanchong in students and ideological and moral teacher surveys and interviews were conducted, and in-depth analysis of the junior middle school thought moral qualities lesson permeate the psychological health education of poor reasons.In the fourth part, the junior middle school thought moral qualities lesson penetration exploration of mental health education, mainly including: penetration of the basic principles of psychological health in junior middle school thought moral qualities lesson, methods, effective strategies and junior middle school thought moral qualities lesson penetration the application of psychological health education in the actual teaching case.The innovation of this paper lies in the investigation of the mental health of No.1middle school in Nanchong, including ideological and moral lesson to penetrate the status of mental health education and middle school students are the main psychological problems surveys, analyze the causes and seek the solutions, combined with practical teaching cases, find permeate strategies of psychological health in Ideological and moral lesson.
