Research On The Junior High School Students' Psychological Health Education Based On The Textbook Of Moral Education

In recent years,with the rapid development of society,students are facing more and more psychological pressure,and the mental health of the students showed a decreasing trend year by year.Therefore,people pay more attention to the psychological health of students.Practice has proved that ideological and moral education is an effective platform for mental health education.Psychological health education in Ideological and moral education is conducive to quality education and the training of qualified talent.At the same time,it can enhance the effectiveness of moral education,take precautions against and solve the psychological problems of students,and achieve the goal of mental health education.The current textbooks(2013edition)contains a large number of mental health content,which is an important carrier to carry out mental health education in the ideological and moral course.However,we find the critical problems.Ideological and moral teaching writings lack some of the key content of the mental health education;part of the supporting have strong misleading;mental health content of five junior high school ideological and moral teaching textbooks is not balanced;ideological and moral teachers lack of teaching skills and only pay attention to the realization of the teaching target;students lack of interest in learning,deny the contents of teaching material,and cannot fully understand the knowledge.The keys of these problems are irrational education policy,indifference from school,the lack of education skills and the understanding limitations of students.Through research and analysis,problems existing in the teaching of the ideological and moral teaching in the content of mental health can be solved by reasonable education policy,great importance to ideological and moral education,improvement of teachers' ability and effectively stimulation of students' intrinsic motivation.Only in this way can we effectively carry out mental health education and improve the students' mental health level through the mental health content in the ideological and moral teaching materials.
