Professional happiness of teachers is not only closely related to the quality of teaching, but also to the stability. On the one hand, improving teachers’ professional happiness can promote the development of education; on the other hand, it can satisfy the needs of building a harmonious campus. Kindergarten teacher is the first light to illuminate the study road of kids, we should take their professional happiness seriously.With the development of society and the promotion of preschool education, the male kindergarten teachers are becoming a unique landscape in the early childhood education which female teachers played the main characters formerly. This unique landscape adjusts the trend of early childhood education progress, so we should focus on their professional happiness.In view of the few amount and scattered distribution of the male kindergarten teachers, the writer selects 63 male kindergarten teachers from different regions as the research objects. And based on the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, expectancy theory and equity theory, the writer uses the literature method, questionnaire method and interview method to analyze and discuss the current situation, problems and reasons of male kindergarten teachers’ professional happiness deeply from a historical and ecological vision.The author get a conclusion that the professional happiness of male kindergarten teachers is not so good by searching the data about demographic variables, histological features variables and the professional happiness dimensionality, here are the following specific questions: For the male kindergarten teachers themselves: less professional cognition, low occupational performance, and downturn in work. For kindergarten environment: unreasonable management system and one-sided evaluation system. And for social dimension: low pay and trouble in living environment. From all the issues above, the author give some suggestions about how to improve the male kindergarten teachers’ professional happiness from three aspects which are male kindergarten teachers themselves, the kindergarten and society.The male kindergarten teachers strengthen their own professional quality: Firstly,male kindergarten teachers should coordinate their professional expectations and reality;secondly, male kindergarten teachers should maintain a good attitude and release pressure appropriately; finally, male kindergarten teachers should strengthen their own professional qualities to achieve self-realization. The kindergarten creates high quality work environment: the kindergarten should run the humanized management system, andoptimize male kindergarten teachers’ working environment; and it should also make evaluation system fair and balance the male kindergarten teachers’ mentality; then it can build a platform to strengthen the exchange among male kindergarten teachers. The social structures a good exterior environment, the state should further improve the security mechanism to meet the security needs of male kindergarten teachers; the relevant departments should enact the training plans for male kindergarten teachers; at the same time, the society should respect, support and trust the male kindergarten.
