In recent years moral education, especially rural education is becoming more and more attention, from the problems of the moral education link and the present situation of the unbalanced urban and rural development of moral education, changing the past development of rural primary and secondary school moral education is not only about moral education development in recent years related to the country policy response, and adapt to the particularity of the rural economy and culture, to meet the needs of the rural primary and middle school students’ interest and the development of effective moral education development. Interface for rural primary and secondary school moral education to cultivate in students a good moral accomplishment, improve the level of rural moral education teachers’ professional development and the improvement of rural basic education quality is of great significance.However in the actual,there are many problems exist in the Link of Moral Education among rural primary and secondary school, how to adjust measures to local conditions to develop rural primary and secondary school moral education, how to effectively achieve cohesion between moral education become an important research topic. In view of this, the researcher takes an example of the rural primary and secondary school moral education teaching in Liaocheng,Shandong province, using literature method, the descriptive method and investigation method of the region to study the problem of rural primary and secondary school moral education, to explore the main problems of the link of moral education among rural primary and secondary school, analysis of the main reasons, and put forward the corresponding solution strategies.This thesis includes four parts:The first part, namely, the first chapter, the second chapter.by consulting the existing literatures to master the situation about link of moral education. And on the basis of analyzing the moral education theory to put forward the importance of the study of rural moral cohesion.The second part, namely, the third chapter, through carrying out the questionnaire to understand the status and the existing problems of link of moral education among rural primary and secondary school in Liaocheng, analyzing the problems of the moral education target, the curriculum, the teachers and the students concrectly.The third part, namely chapter four, respectively from exam-oriented education, the education subject, evaluation mechanism,management system and so on to analyze the existing problem of rural primary and secondary school moral cohesion.The fourth part, namely chapter five, respectively from the government, schools and students and other aspects, put forward the concrete strategy about the link of the moral education among rural primary and secondary school.
