The arrival of the Mobile Internet directly changes the way people access to information, and the Fragmentation Reading become more popular, more and more high school students start using Fragmentation Reading this new form of reading. Under the new circumstances in the form of high school students reading gradually has shifted, high school students Fragmentation Reading has appeared worrying situation. On the basis of the investigation of Fragmentation Reading in high school,the author explored and proposed appropriate the mentoring strategies, to improve the high school students’ quality of fragmentation reading and the ability of information discriminative. The treatise expanded from the following sections:The first part is the "fragmentation", "fragmentation Read" and "fragmentation read" the "Related Concepts". The main thing is to improve the "fragmented reading" The Definition: Fragmentation read with the rapid development of the acce lerated pace of life and the mobile Internet, people started to use the Internet rely on electronic media(such as mobile phones, ipad, e-reader etc.) a legible form in the fragmented "debris" dynamic time and tend to be reading a scene of intermittent reading activities, the main way of reading light reading, extensive reading and speed reading.The second part is based on the status of high school students to read fragmented investigation, analysis of the reasons for high school students reading fragmenta tion depends fragmented reading five advantages, namely simplicity, immediacy, openness, diversity and jumping. While high school students read the fragmented information exists in complex, high repetition rate; reading is incomplete; traces of light reading, thinking not in-depth, etc. can not be ignored.The third part is to make effective instructional strategies based on the Fragmentation Reading, Learning from teachers’ methods to design following several strategies: Strategies of Looking for the binding sites of Fragmentation Reading and Traditional Reading; Strategies of Establishing the Fragmentation Reading discussing pattern which called "Plate-type Theme" + "Centralized Time"; Strategies of the Library established to expand the use of Fragmentation Reading level. Strategies of create a healthy green policy fragmentation reading platform for high school students which depend on family, social as well as the relevant departments work together to eliminate the negative factors in network reading.Fragmentation Reading indeed expanded high school students reading plane, we want to correct Fragmentation Reading guidance of high school students, to develop good Fragmentation Reading habits, to improve the capacity of high school students information screening, and ultimately to improve Fragmentation Reading quality of high school students.
