Research On Mechanism Realization Of University Research Data Sharing

With the development of the science, and the growing popularity of data-driven research methods, research data has become the starting point and the basis for the scientific research and also one of the traction of stimulating the research projects. In another word, it has gradually developed into a new stage which research data is driving projects to promote. Meanwhile, as university research becomes an important part of the scientific research system, the collection and management and sharing of university research data should be given adequate attention.Based on the above points of view, this study proposed the establishment of mechanism realization of university research data sharing. On the basis of the literature review, this paper discusses the relevant concepts involved in the study first, makes a brief description of research status about the domestic and foreign research data sharing. This study selects the Stakeholder theory as a research starting point, and introduces the stakeholder theory and research data lifecycle theory, the role of the above two theories in research data sharing mechanisms are also introduced. Next, this study chooses parts of stakeholders from Southeast University and Nanjing University as the investigation object. The data is collected from these aspects:research data acquisition, storage, utilization, data sharing willingness, fuctions of the data sharing platform provided by university, obstacle factors and expectations of unversity research data sharing. By investigation and analysis, the intrest demands of stakeholders are presented. In the mechanism section, this study embeds scientific workflow technology into the research workflow, and stakeholders sectors should adjust oneself part fixed position and work together to construct and improve the mechanism of university research data sharing. At last, the paper concludes the completion of the study and proposes further research prospects.
