For a long time, China’s education status ingrained, With the tide of the new curriculum reform, the drawbacks of traditional teaching methods has become increasingly prominent doctrine. Into the knowledge of the era of information economy, we need more talents with innovative spirit and practical ability. Geography is a strong comprehensive and regional differences in the subject,How to better achieve the goal of the new curriculum reform? Set the "situation problem" is one of the most effective methods. In the process of geography teaching, in view of the learning situation, teaching content, teaching environment and so on, it is appropriate to create the "situation problem" teaching, which is conducive to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, and better achieve the teaching objectives,At the same time, train students’ academic thinking, the ability of independent research and practice.The according to the current educational background, the status quo of the domestic and foreign situation question teaching research and educational learning theory and and of themselves and other front-line teachers in the teaching process of creating problem situation carries on the analysis and the research, and explores in high school geography teaching problem situation creation basic principle and method, and combined with the teaching of high school geography classroom situation of the problems in the practice of teaching research.The author uses the observation method and comparative analysis method, the control class and the experimental class and in the control class using traditional teaching methods, while in the experimental class by creating problem situation teaching method for a semester teaching experiment.Through the two classes before, during and after the three grade of geography test. Statistical comparison analysis that the experimental class and control class before the test, test performance and no obvious difference, but the two classes after the measured the difference is significant. Coupled with the usual observation of students in class, it is not difficult to find the creation of problem situation teaching method of practice teaching of the experimental class students interest in learning, the effectiveness of classroom, teaching quality, cooperate in probing into the geometric control of strong class. This shows that creating reasonable problem situations in high school geography classroom, not only can let students fully participate in class and to promote the ability of three-dimension teaching goal was reached, and also can cultivate students to explore cooperation and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
