Occupation" Changsha District Vocational Technical College sports courses in order to implement the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening juvenile sports" to improve the health of young people ’s views"([2007]7date) and the Ministry of education" to improve higher occupation education quality of teaching"([2006]16date) file spirit, and actively cultivate all-round development socialist builders and successors, to enhance students’ physique, outstanding physical education on production, construction, management, service line of high-quality skilled talents training for vocational college students to set up a public compulsory course, in2009to become the national quality curriculum. The topics to Changsha District Vocational Technical College2010of all students, divided into boys and girls group as the research object. Through the experimental method, survey method, interview method, statistics method and so on Changsha District Vocational Technical College2010of all students were" occupation" sports teaching; for a period of two years, the first year of the universal basic physical education, second years of occupation and practical teaching, in the first year, second years before and after physical education teaching are students’physique health monitoring, the score of physical health of students were analyzed, and the" national student physical health standard" comparative analysis.The results showed:1, the course through the sports teaching, enable students to master the1~2of lifelong physical exercise skills, help the students to form the habit of lifelong physical activity, casting for student health; through the teaching to the student the hard-working, defeats, the cultivation of sport spirit, cultivating students for the future job adaptation; through the grasp of fitness and occupation health basic method, in order to improve the students’ work efficiency and quality of life for the future and lay a solid foundation. The course and cultivating the sports accomplishment occupation occupation disease prevention, compensation, service occupation, not only reflects the school physical education training objectives, and highlights the occupation post to the needs of the development of physical quality.2of10grade students from Changsha District Vocational Technical College, more than6000students in vital capacity body mass index evaluation grade proportion statistics, vital capacity and body mass index test result is not ideal, failure rate is higher, the boys than girls, through the" occupation" sports teaching can improve students’ vital capacity test scores. Can improve the students step test scores but not especially. To improve grip strength body weight index scores of boys effect is not obvious, in improving students’50meters result still have bigger influence. Changsha District Vocational Technical College,3,10male students in grade point average of73.73in the" national.student physical health standard" is good, girl student average score of81.51in the" national student physical health standard" is good, the result is better than boys girls. Through the" occupation" of practical physical education curriculum implementation, to improve the physical fitness of students have good results, but also improve the teaching in improving students’ vital capacity. On the other hand" national student physical health standard" implementation, but also helps students develop good sports consciousness and exercise habits, can promote students’ healthy development. But also should see at the same time the student physique state of health is not balanced, part of the body quality has declined, so the overall situation is not optimistic, physical education and health education efforts have to be strengthened.Several suggestions are put forward:1, school sports should conscientiously implement the" health first" the guiding ideology, to encourage students to participate in physical exercise consciousness, cultivate students’ consciousness of lifelong physical education and a good habit of physical exercise, to life education, survival education and life education is" Sansheng Education" concept into the daily sports teaching.2, strengthen the construction of teaching team, meet the course requirements.3, student course selection should consider professional and basic conditions, it can improve the teaching aim and effectiveness.4, increase the stadium renovation, construction, increase the investment of sports facilities, to meet the students in rainy or snowy days and other inclement weather occurs at the local school and exercise. In4, the school should make full use of national student physical health standard" leverage, the health quality evaluation as the student comprehensive healthy development important indicators, promoting and encouraging the students to participate in physical activities.
